How we help at the Marsden Health

No matter what your story has been so far, we’re here to provide the support and guidance you need to find a way forward. Our therapists will help you uncover new ways of connecting with others by providing quality therapeutic care with compassion, empathy and kindness. 

While we’re best known in the community for our specialised trauma services, our therapists are trained to support a range of longstanding and “treatment-resistant” challenges, from complex PTSD to anxiety to OCD.

Our comprehensive, integrated approach means two things: firstly, we help you to integrate your past experiences into a meaningful story that makes sense to you and helps you to move forward in life. Secondly, we draw on the most helpful therapies that will meet your needs, from schema therapy and EMDR to yoga, somatic and art therapy, to help you see progress sooner.
