Alix places a strong emphasis on building meaningful therapeutic relationships with young people and their families, believing that feeling safe, understood and respected is the foundation for meaningful change.

Alix enjoys working flexibly and creatively, tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique strengths, needs and goals. He has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, psychosis, emotional regulation difficulties and relationship challenges. He values collaborative, strengths focused work and aims to support clients to better understand themselves while developing practical skills to navigate life’s challenges.

Outside of the therapy room, Alix enjoys recharging through time spent with his dog, swimming in the ocean, and escaping the city for camping trips whenever he gets the chance. He values balance, connection and time outdoors, and brings this grounded perspective into his work with clients.
