Antoinette is a warm, creative, and compassionate provisional psychologist who works with children and young people. She takes a holistic, person-centred approach that considers the emotional, social, and environmental factors shaping wellbeing. Antoinette is passionate about helping people understand themselves, build confidence, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges — all while keeping therapy grounded, supportive, and real.

Antoinette’s interest in psychology began in her early teens when she witnessed the impact of mental health challenges within her community and felt inspired to make a difference. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong commitment to advocacy, empathy, and early intervention — values she carried throughout her years working in school wellbeing. In this role, she became a strong voice for young people, delivering programs that built emotional regulation, connection, and self-belief, while collaborating closely with families, educators, and community services to provide wraparound care.

Her passion for this work is also informed by her own lived experience, including an ADHD diagnosis and a deep curiosity about human behaviour. These insights guide her holistic and neurodiversity-affirming approach, helping clients feel seen, capable, and empowered. Alongside therapy, Antoinette conducts Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) for NDIS participants, taking a compassionate and practical lens to understand how mental health and life circumstances impact daily living.

Antoinette holds a Master of Brain and Mind Sciences from the University of Sydney, where she contributed to research co-designing functional recovery programs for young people experiencing psychosis. She is currently completing her Master of Professional Psychology at La Trobe University. Her approach is neuro-diversity affirming, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and guided by the belief that healing happens through understanding, creativity, and connection.

Outside of work, Antoinette fills her life with colour and movement – from painting and writing poetry to exploring music, running, and playing AFL. She believes that joy, creativity, and connection are essential parts of wellbeing, both inside and outside the therapy room.
