Jane has been a valued member of the Marsden team for over five years, bringing consistency, care, and quiet efficiency to everything she does. Starting out as our Client Engagement Officer, Jane played a key role in supporting families and ensuring a welcoming experience from day one.

Now in a specialised role overseeing invoices and accounts, Jane expertly manages billing processes and payments, including navigating the complexities of the NDIS and working closely with plan managers. Her depth of knowledge in this space is second-to-none.

Behind the scenes, Jane’s reliability, warmth, and attention to detail keep things running smoothly—and her work is deeply appreciated by the whole team and the families we support.

At home, Jane cherishes time with her family, proudly supports her daughter’s international cheerleading journey, and never says no to a warm cuppa.
