Jasmine Sandilant

Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar | Children, Adolescents & Adults

Contact Us

Jasmine is a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar with a strong interest in supporting children, young people, and families to better understand how their brains work. She is particularly passionate about paediatric neuropsychology and enjoys helping families make sense of learning, attention, and developmental differences in a way that feels clear, supportive, and empowering.

Jasmine takes a thoughtful and collaborative approach to assessment. She values understanding the whole child, not just the test results, and works closely with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure recommendations are practical and meaningful in everyday life. Her approach is strengths based and neurodiversity affirming, with a focus on helping young people feel understood while equipping parents and educators with tools to support them.

Through her training, Jasmine has gained experience working with children and adolescents with a wide range of neurodevelopmental and learning profiles, including ADHD, Autism, and Specific Learning Disorders such as dyslexia. She has also worked within hospital and community settings supporting individuals with neurological and complex psychosocial presentations. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to providing trauma informed, culturally responsive, and person centred care.

Jasmine’s path into neuropsychology has taken her from hospital settings to community services, including time working in Alice Springs within a multidisciplinary child and youth service supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families. Across these settings she has developed a deep appreciation for the importance of collaborative care and tailoring recommendations so they genuinely fit the environments children live and learn in.

Outside of the clinic, Jasmine enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and finding ways to balance curiosity about the brain with the simple joys of everyday life.
