Maddy is a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar who enjoys helping people better understand their thinking, learning, and development. She works with children, adolescents, and adults to explore cognitive strengths and challenges in meaningful ways, translating assessment findings into practical strategies that can make everyday life easier.
Maddy has a particular interest in neurodevelopmental assessments and supporting families navigating learning, behavioural, and developmental differences, such as Autism and ADHD. She aims to make the assessment process feel approachable and understandable, ensuring that feedback sessions leave families with clear explanations and realistic recommendations that can be implemented at home and school.
Through her clinical training, Maddy has worked across hospital, community, and private clinic settings with individuals presenting with a wide range of neurological and developmental conditions. Working within multidisciplinary teams has strengthened her belief that the best outcomes happen when professionals collaborate and families feel supported throughout the process.
Alongside her clinical work, Maddy has extensive experience working with children in education and outside school care settings. Supporting children with diverse learning and behavioural needs has given her a strong appreciation for the challenges families and educators navigate each day, and she enjoys translating neuropsychological insights into practical strategies that work in real world environments.
When she’s not thinking about brains, Maddy enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active, and finding ways to balance curiosity about the mind with everyday life.
